If you book an event or a table, we store the name, email, phone, and note you send, so we can keep your place and contact you about it. We keep them for 30 days after the date. The database is Supabase, and the confirmation email is sent by Resend.

If you contact us by email or phone, we only use the details you provide for that communication.
